1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased under clearance sales or promotional discounts (unless damaged).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:

✅ Refund Method: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
✅ Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
✅ Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be granted.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds are not issued for minor variations in product color or appearance.
  • We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
