We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

🚚 Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚛 Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities & Major Locations: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas & Villages: 7-10 business days

📦 Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹X (mention free shipping threshold).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹X for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹X charge for COD orders (if applicable).

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and fast delivery.

5. Undelivered Orders

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
  • If the order is returned to us, we will contact you for re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping costs if the order is undelivered due to incorrect customer details.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images/videos of the package and product for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
